I have my…
I completed my…
I own my own…
This book is dedicated to my children; to my mother, my brother, and my pop; and to my best friend and sister, Remy—now in heaven—and to her kids. Into a brighter future, where our children learn from our mistakes. Be the change. Change the world.
The thread — This whole book runs on one idea, and it’s worth saying before we begin: you cannot pour from an empty cup. Everything here—the mindset, the calm, the food, the water, the small daily habits—comes back to it. First you fill your own cup. Then you have something to give everyone you love. Take care of you.
I feel like a lot of the time, in this world, we don’t understand that it could take just one second and someone could be gone. Reach out to each other. Love each other. Say hi. Check in on each other.
A person—the human being and the personality—comes with a lot of baggage. We have something called an ego, too, to boot. The ego has a life of its own that it takes on, malfunctions and defunctions included. The ego is one of the worst things we can ever allow to control us. Bad thoughts are thought-forms that contain negative energy, and energy attracts more energy where it flows in abundance. Those thoughts take on a life of their own inside our heads, and everyone else’s heads. The trick is to silence the inner voice so that you have full control over your thoughts, emotions, behavior, and life.
Spiritual enlightenment begins—or re-energizes itself—when you can observe your inner voice. Knowing that God is in all of us as a spiritual being, when we observe the inner voice we observe as God observes us. Are you aware of the awareness of God? Observing the thought process instead of falling victim to it is becoming your inner best self. Some would say achieving your inner Godhood.
The inner voice that you hear—that everyone hears, all day long, every second—is fully equipped with mental and emotional conditioning, or thought baggage. What this means is that the thoughts and inner voice inside our heads start to repeat themselves and take on a life of their own, due to the programs we all endure called conditioning. By programs I mean TV shows, movies, someone’s race, their traumas, their PTSD, whether they’re a mother, whether they’re divorced, and so on—the news, consumption, capitalism, and all those other masks in disguise that constantly make us feel as though we are not good enough. Or we constantly compare ourselves to one another, or to just random noise, all day long.
What we want to do is shed these thought patterns, these thought behaviors, just like the skin of a snake—shed it. They are the old you, not the new you. When you were going through different traumas and day-to-day struggles, you needed the old person and those behavior patterns; they served their purpose then, but they do not anymore. Just as you wake up and stand up and say your prayers and give gratitude, you shed your old self. Just let go. It’s over. All those things do not serve you anymore, and you drop them like they’re hot.
You can get rid of addictions like this. You can get rid of old boyfriends or girlfriends like this. You can get through divorces like this. You can get through anything in your life like this, because we all have.
We tend to cling to our old selves as a safeguard, but it is not conducive to our future. Now, this doesn’t mean you have to make a whole new you. It just means you need to take everything that’s good about yourself, everything that does you justice, and bring that forward with you—without all, or some, of the negativity that does nothing for you anymore. A new avatar, if you will. A new character. A new you.
While you’re figuring out how to hear your thoughts and know that they’re not you—and you’re letting go of them and learning to let go of them—you’re going to remember not to judge yourself or those thoughts. Just understand that you’re supposed to be aware of them and not judge yourself for them. Smile, laugh even, and let it go. This is a time of ultra-loving yourself and ultra-loving getting rid of the unnecessary behaviors and things you don’t need anymore. You will find that doing so is very simple, especially when you know it comes from a place of unconditional love. If you were to walk around and hear everybody’s voices inside their heads at the same time, you would be mind-blown that there’s so much chatter and negative talk all day long. We have to do something about it—especially since, with everything people have been through, it’s gotten even worse because people are on their phones more. If you’re not conscious of what you’re putting into your brain, into your consciousness, into your body, you’re going to go on autopilot.
It’s like: wake up. Take control. Take back your life. Take back yourself. Take back your mind, body, and spirit. Do not judge yourself. Love yourself. Love everybody else, and know that they’re just going through their own conditioning and repetitive negative talk in their heads that takes them through a negative place all day long as well. There are very few people—although they’re out there; I am one of them—who can get through life completely positively, understand what everyone’s going through, and do the work to change their thought patterns back to love.
Instead of saying you want stuff all the time, or even thinking you need it—whatever the case is—understand it’s your ego chatting with you, saying you need this, you need that, what about this, what about that, maybe this would feel better, a shiny new one would make it nice. In the incessant cycle of the ego wanting a shiny new thing that, two weeks later, it doesn’t want, the negative karmic cycles continue.
We have to gain control of our thoughts, and our children’s thoughts, and our family’s thoughts as a collective—and then our communities’ thoughts, our states’ thoughts, our country’s thoughts. If you feel what I’m saying: if we come from a place of love, we can understand everyone else is going through the same battle. We have to all pause and get along.
Two people in a relationship who love each other dearly find themselves in a stressful situation. Without realizing that they’re not grounded—or needing to reground—they move out of their emotions and thoughts, which are anger at the time, or frustration at the situation, not at each other. The easiest culprit is the closest person to you, which is very unfair. It would be so easy to fight, reaction to reaction, instead of responding to each other. In the fight, the quickest thing you need is one person to say “no more,” instead of “well, you did this, and I thought that was better.” Breathe, and say, “No more. We’re done with this fight.” The unconscious mind and thoughts will take form and turn the simplest fight into a massive deal, when those thoughts and emotions are actually conditioned from a stressful environment. When we respond from love—to each other and to ourselves—we respond appropriately, with respect for our actions, and we receive love, and that reverberates over and over.
A lot of today’s pain is from people’s egos arguing with each other, especially the lower-centered and lower-focused. In your lowest vibrational state, you will attract other lower-vibrational energy. The ego will lie to you; it will feel like death is coming right before spiritual growth happens. Death to the ego is the first step.
A personal awakening and growth that says, “I almost did it, so next time I’m going to,” or “I’m okay not being enough sometimes”—it makes you enough immediately. You literally, personally excuse yourself and love yourself. And you say, “Okay, now I focus on everything I need to do to make that work.” Not every reason it didn’t work.
Letting go of the broken ego, and letting go of all the negativity that came with it, allows you to lighten your load. Now you can soar. When you come from a place of “I want” instead of a place of “I need,” it’s the same as coming from gratitude instead of ungratefulness—fullness instead of emptiness.
Just as you have love for your child or your spouse, you have unconditional love for yourself. When this happens, you realize that love is invisible—meaning it’s not tangible, you can’t grab it—but it’s there, and it’s stronger than anything or any force on the planet.
The greatest percentage of reality, and the most important part of reality, is the part that you can’t see. Not just with your eyeball—you can’t grab it. But it makes you who you are. Your total essence. It’s very important and cannot be altered. Your total essence, or the love you have for others, is also something you can’t grab, but you know it’s realer than anything in your world. Just as real as the food you eat.
When you want to get rid of your ego—or stop fighting out of anger, past-regret emotions, or future-anxiety emotions—you pick up the essence and love of yourself, all the positive, and you bring that into your present moment. You now have everything you loved about your past, and yourself, and your loved ones, and all your great experiences, and you’re harnessing that toward the greatest you you’ve ever thought to become. You’re going to pause completely and actually love yourself and all the greatness you’ve accomplished. I want you to sit in it and think about how great you are. I want you to sit and think about how much you love your significant other, and your children—or whatever it is that you love unconditionally. It could be your dog. A lot of the time it is our dog. Our dog doesn’t talk back, and it is the epitome of love that you can’t see—you just know it’s there.
When you start to argue over nothing, you can see that it’s the egos arguing—it’s not even you or your emotions. So you stop, and you pause, and you can even realize where the thoughts are coming from. Instead of anything negative, you move from love—from a caring response, not a reactive response. It’s technically like taking the position of being the bigger person every time, but doing it without jealousy or any other bad feeling that goes along with false forgiveness. Move from true forgiveness, and you will have true love, true forgiveness, and no feelings of shame or guilt or anything unpleasant whatsoever.
It’s like: have some respect for yourself. Who raised you? I know my mother did, and my mother is a wonderful woman, and she did a great job raising my brother and me. I know she taught me pure unconditional love, and I know how to treat people, because I come from—and I am—unconditional love.
I see people arguing and frustrated with their loved ones, and to me I just see a whole bunch of unused, unnecessary, completely wasted energy, time, and resources. You have to eat food, and process the day, and get the calories you need in your body, and sleep right, and do all the right things just to give yourself some energy—and then you’re going to waste it arguing with the one you love the most about something that doesn’t matter. Energy spent wrong. Again, this is not to start beating yourself up over. You have to just stop and breathe and say, “Wait a minute, wait a minute—this is not me. I’m on autopilot. Get me out of here. I need a present-moment check. What am I arguing about? I don’t need this fight. It’s not worth it.”
When you pay attention to the way people react to anything, you can see their true nature—just like when you speak out loud, when you react to something, you’re revealing your true nature. If you see your neighbor buy a big, huge snowblower, and your other neighbor goes and gets a bigger one, the mentally conditioned thoughts are the ones that pop up saying, “Yeah, I’ll go get a big one too,” when it’s over the budget, doesn’t even work better, and is preposterously bad for the environment. Instead, go for the smartest solution. Don’t go for keeping up with the Joneses or the Kardashians. We’ve seen where that leads everyone: a whole bunch of inner sorrow, shiny things they don’t want or need, throwing people away like they don’t care and don’t care about anyone. Instead, save your wallet and save your energy by choosing the efficient one, and keep it moving. Eventually the opposite catches on, and people start to make smarter decisions while watching you.
When you go on social media and you see that someone just bought a new house, and another person just bought a new car, and another person just did XYZ—now you feel the need to run and go on social media and possibly talk about things that aren’t for social media purposes and shouldn’t even be up there. Some people are exaggerating and lying. And all of this for some fake façade of false confidence and no satisfaction whatsoever from life.
This world, and us humans, are coming from a place of nothing and lack—scarcity and negativity in a lost world. Instead, we want to speak from abundance and speak from a place of love. Move into the place of taking responsibility for your actions and thoughts, and stop wallowing in thoughts that wander and thoughts that are not conducive to your behavior and your life.
It is time to take responsibility, and stand up, and move into your place of freedom. Move into your place of unconditional love. Then you will accept nothing else in your life. No other form of communication will exist but pure, unconditional love. Not one type of relationship—family, professional, or friends—will lack anything. You move to a place of unconditional love, and you will accept nothing but unconditional love in return.
Don’t get so hard on yourself during the journey. As thoughts start to arise, you’ll just calm them down and say, “That was the old me. You used to serve me justice, but now you do not.” I encourage laughter toward them—no big deal—and brush them away. Remember to stay focused and stay on track with who you are and how wonderful you are. You don’t want to fall back into old thought patterns that give life to negative thought-beings. We want to jump-start the future with a happy outlook, a thankful, grateful outlook—not “lucky to be here,” but blessed to be here, and we did it on purpose. And with purpose.
Life’s journey is not to constantly think about who you are, or to constantly be thinking in general. Life’s journey is to bring the unseen and unknowing, untamed energy into the now. That is pure creativity with the Creator. So, creating unconditional love, and unconditional situations of unconditional love, and unconditional-love futures. It’s like being able to finally awaken and be safe and loved and in a place where you truly fit. You’re really home for the first time—but you never left. And you never have to leave. Life’s journey has just begun. No more do you wake up and say, “Why am I here? What do I do? What’s next? This is hard.” Now you’ve had your spiritual awakening, and you are actually observing and creating your reality as it’s coming out of the Creator. You totally move from a place of love and unconditional love, and that’s exactly how life is beginning for the first time. All the greatest parts that make up you are still right there, perfectly untouched—if not polished, better, and shining brighter than you’ve ever shined. All this stuff that you needed before as a buffer or boundary, to keep you safe and get you through the journey—you don’t need those things anymore. They don’t serve you. They just go away; they drop away. So what you have now is real power and movement, but only through unconditional love will it continue to be co-created with the Creator. It’s like a reboot. Nothing you ever did was wrong; you were always learning. You are good enough. You’re worth it. You never failed at anything—you were just testing yourself. I need you to completely drop all the emotions involved in holding yourself back and staying in a place of failure, or reacting from a place of negativity. That’s the biggest key to this part right here.
You—one with God, the Creator, the unknown you, and the unmanifested being. Primordial intelligence.
When people have a highly developed mind and know a lot of knowledge without living it and having the wisdom of it—the wisdom is the journey of the knowledge. So without actually going out and having the trials and errors, or the daily ins and outs of whatever path you went through, you can see that there could be a huge, naturally unbalanced human attached to that mind. Just as there could be a person with no knowledge of anything whatsoever, but lots of negative or positive life wisdom. So the balance—finding the balance and inner peace of having lots of wisdom from your knowledge and using it in the right places—is what gives you true inner peace and unconditional love of yourself. Being okay with you is where you will get the ultimate satisfaction and confidence to be the best you you could ever be, for yourself and everyone you love. It’s sort of like fine-tuning and tweaking ourselves and life to make it much easier for ourselves and each other. Human beings use the human mind as a means for expression. This is the same untouchable expression, or feelings—things that are not tangible but make up us. We use our mind to express our emotions and thoughts that we have inside our minds. Essentially, acting out what we’re thinking. Expressing the essence of us. This is why it’s so crucial for it to come from an unconditional-love position as opposed to a hateful one.
Realizing that you do not have to mull over your thoughts and constantly be in the mind’s eye in order to make more intelligent decisions—you free yourself greatly when you realize that your thoughts do not have to be analyzed. It’s sort of like when you were a kid and you wanted candy and you couldn’t think of anything but getting the answer “yes” for candy. But when you get older, you realize that candy is gross, and you don’t need it—it’s bad for your teeth, it’s a two-second high, and it’s really bad for you glucose-wise. It’s just out of your mind later. It comes from a place of unconditionally loving yourself and knowing that you don’t need that candy, you don’t need that hit of drugs, you don’t need those cigarettes. Watch those thoughts drift right by, like clouds in the sky. Just as fast as a thought came to use drugs or drink alcohol, the thought goes away and out of your mind just as fast. We’ve been conditioned to have those thoughts run through our minds constantly. We have to be fine-tuned with our minds so that we do not allow unthoughtful behavior into our minds. Unconditioning. Mind control. Take back the mental. Take back your freedom. Think for and from yourself, to yourself, from unconditional love. Think for and from yourself and others from unconditional love. Move from victim to victor. Yes, bad things happened, and yes, negative things occurred—but no longer do they run through our brains and rip up our happiness in our daily routines, making our lives miserable anymore. From now on, every day and every thought is positive and plentiful. If it’s not, it doesn’t serve us, and you can observe it and let it go. You can imagine a cloud in the sky passing by, right as you’re having the thought; you contain the negative problem or situation within the cloud, and just as the cloud floats into the center of your eyesight and off to the periphery on the left side, the thought is gone with the sky. The sky is the awareness—your awareness, and God’s, or the Creator’s. The clouds are the thoughts passing by. And you do not want to go backward to the places of the thoughts collecting and becoming thunderstorms and tornadoes. Instead, we want blue skies with a few clouds. The blue skies will be filled with happy, unconditional-love awareness of life and how beautiful it is to live it. Nothing will want to be wasted or used improperly. And just as everyone will love each other to the maximum capacity or extent.
Moments of pure bliss arise from co-creating with God your here-and-now reality. You’re manifesting a place that’s already there—it already exists—and it has an untapped, never-ending, endless supply of unconditional love in a place that doesn’t physically exist. And self-confidence and those emotions flood through during the now, when we’re super present with ourselves and everyone we love. You can feel these emotions flood through you and cause you to feel great happiness—all by making your own unconditional love flow through your awareness at all times. Making the unseen and unphysical unconditional love flow into the seen, physical events. Pure connection with source. Feeling the one-consciousness presence of God. Love. Because we are all the same consciousness having different reactions, feelings, and realities at the same time. Unconditional love and the feeling of now bring the most powerful unseen love ever produced. When everyone on the planet is able to do this, can you imagine what we could accomplish as a species? If everyone was on the same path of unconditional love, and moved their physical body, their mental body, and their spirit—their co-creation with God—into the now of unconditional love, we don’t even understand what we could do. The possibilities are exponential.
Practical evidence, to be gathered: I’m going to start to get as many people together as I can who move this way, to see what we can do amongst those groups of people. We’ll see how much unseen love can be seen.
As if it wasn’t enough to offer unconditional love to people—because that in itself is basically the biggest present you could offer anyone on the planet, anywhere. Inner peace is indispensable and absolutely priceless. I have to mention that you also will move into a place of no more anxiety and wondering when the next shoe is going to drop. You are up to speed on everything, and not attached to a false reality or false position in reality ever again.
Like—you have all of this outer beauty and you’re absolutely drop-dead gorgeous, but on the inside you really struggle. Or at least you used to. We all know that outer beauty will fade, and when it does, the ego is bruised and left with an outer eyesore as well as an inner emptiness. You won’t have to keep a false narrative of “I’m so beautiful and youthful” going when you’re awesome inside as well as outside. Real confidence. Just as people would get confidence from being a boss or the owner of a company—providing, technically, a false sense of confidence. Although it is an accomplishment, it doesn’t warrant confidence. If you’re a bad boss, there will be no confidence that comes with it. Keeping up our inner beauty is the real thing. People should be standing in lines trying to figure out their spirituality and get right with the Creator and each other and themselves. But instead, they constantly feed the ego with things they don’t need and talk to people like they don’t know or even like themselves. And they just keep buying more stuff and making the planet super messed up—filling people’s heads with nonsense of false confidence, and people who are super boring on the inside and look like everyone else on the outside now.
Ultimate self-confidence, created by you and the Creator at the same time and together, is the most ultimate feeling of living in the now that could ever be produced. True authenticity. The true being of self, exuberating confidence through unconditional love, with an ancient overflowing.
Instead of having life beat you down—feeling like you don’t have any time for anything, or you’re too tired, or you didn’t eat enough, or didn’t work enough shifts this week, or don’t know how you really feel about where you live, or really anything positive at all—move out of that space and become your true self. Don’t become your problem. Become your answer.
We all have a family member who is a strain to hear from when they call. Some more than others. Instead of contemplating how much you don’t want to hear from that person, and complaining about it to other people—giving it more energy and more life to breathe into it—be kind to the person, so that both you and they feel better for a second. Stop sending energy toward negative crises that don’t even exist. People will create fake negative crises in order to pull you in. You wouldn’t even have gotten pulled in in the first place if it weren’t for a fake negative crisis. Even when you’ve learned to say no to people, you still have to protect your no, and protect yourself from those questions, because it’s all fake—those feelings hold you down if you allow that. It’s just as easy to not answer the phone anymore. But if it’s me—which I have learned to do—I learned to love myself and love the other person, and if it’s worth answering the phone, then I will, and that’s a big deal. When I do, and if I do, it’s a matter of unconditional love. I’m not going to go backward and argue and be reactive. I’m going to come at it from unconditional love and move around it, and toward it, the same. It’s the only way to take control of your reality completely.
Events like job interviews, or interviews for houses, become far more conducive to your reality. You’ll actually sit, listen, and realize if it’s a good fit for you or not. Do not waste your time even for a second on some fake reality that doesn’t fit. It’s like pretending. That’s for preschoolers.
Adults know what they’re doing even if they don’t know what they’re doing. They’ve got to realize who they are and what they’re good at. And at this point you’d have to go back and restart and read this book again if I still have to teach the resetting of the mind.
Once the hurdle is done, and you have completely moved into your unconditional-love space, you can now become you—the you that God wants you to be, the you that you’ve always wanted to be, the you that is the co-creator of your reality. Someone that you’ve never been yet, and someone that you’ve always been at heart. Someone who has never been hurt by anyone, and someone who matters to everyone.
Now that you have silenced the chatter and the noise in your mind, body, and spirit, you can now move into your authentic, unconditional connection with humanity as a whole and individually. Yourself, and someone else—or yourself and everyone. You can understand that they, too, are working with their mentally conditioned thoughts, and they don’t know their authentic self yet. It’s sort of like seeing a lot of people struggling really badly, and they just need help to get better, and this is their answer. You don’t have to say, “Oh, that person’s annoying,” or “Oh my gosh, she talks about the same thing every time,” or whatever. Instead, you can calmly, quietly, and uniquely connect with them and sit in their shoes. Understand where they’re coming from. Understand how hard their life is, and that they don’t know how to calm their inner voice. The inner voice is louder than all the other voices talking all day long. People are suffering so much because they can’t turn out that inner voice that won’t shut up.
We grow beyond our past expectations of fear and negativity and move into a process of letting go. Letting go of all the things that do not serve us anymore. Cultivating the knowledge of ourselves and who we truly are, without the limited conditioning of thought behaviors and patterns.
We let go of the fear and the negative and being ungrounded and unaware of what we’re doing. I’m moving right into the now of knowing exactly what we’re doing and why we’re doing it, and that we trust fully in it, and we are fully grounded in our belief systems that do us justice and cause us to move forward appropriately—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
You become more open to new possibilities and overcoming new obstacles. Realizing that the universe has your back. Trust in the fact that the universe will provide. As well as trusting that there is a godly greatness in the universe. It’s perfectly protected by our Creator, via the universe, for us to use in our journey of life.
Truly living in the now will provide you with instant self-discovery and a newfound passion for yourself and your purpose in life. Never again will there be a moment in life where you feel dull and lonely. You will now live life in the now, with passion and precision, guided by trust in the Creator and the universe. No longer do you think you failed—you are just learning. You are just trying; it was your first time. You are no longer hard on yourself, because life is just a journey of learning. There is no failing in life.
Recently, my best friend was murdered. I’ve been working very hard on spiritual enlightenment and working from positivity. Some of it came from growth with my best friend and learning with her directly. She’s a beautiful mother of three and lived literally for her children. If I hadn’t been on the path I’m on, I don’t know if I would have made it through that struggle of losing her. But through my growth in my spiritual journey, I learned even more and was blessed with more information to guide me further—through not having pain, and instead harboring all of her essence and beauty, inner and outer. This stuff you can’t see or touch, but it lives forever through her and for her children. I literally can feel her with me writing this. Helping to get this message out and praying that all of the beautiful humans and brains on this planet will turn toward the positive and want to co-create our reality perfectly.
When we lose people, I feel like we know we never lose them—they’re always there. Now we kind of talk to them differently, or whatever. But because I had this enlightenment and have had the unfortunate situation of losing my best friend, I have to use my spiritual tools to get me through this hard time. And thank God I do have all of those tools and I’m able to utilize them—the tools necessary to get through this horrible time. My best friend knew everything about me and never used it against me, or threw it in my face, or told people my secrets. My best friend didn’t even get to show her kids her best qualities, besides being a loving, beautiful mother. My best friend was more than just another woman or person. She was full of life, commanded everyone’s absolute full attention, and was destined for greatness from before birth, honey. She had an inner intelligence that I feel like she had to hide from a world that was stupider, or a dumbed-down reality. We would be laughing and having fun and doing kids’ stuff, and she’d be reading books and magazines right in the middle of parties. It was epic. We all know what she’s fully capable of, and what she would have been able to do with some more time on the planet—we unfortunately will never know. Her nurturing, loving ways foster her magnificent essence, facilitated throughout her children’s growth in life. That’s how her essence continues to bless us. This excites me very much—to know that I co-create reality with my best friend and think of her while I make a decision. Bringing in her excitement and creating ways for her memory to last forever.
Instead of me losing my best friend, I’m gaining insight from my observation of her essence, on what I can do to continue her message of love. I don’t feel empty; I feel whole now. I trust and understand that I’m growing by letting go—not letting go of her essence, but of her physical being. Which she’s very lucky, will be forever young: only 42, and beautiful, in her case. Now I stand in a place of wholeness and trust that I will make choices and decisions with Remy’s essence in mind, and her love in mind. That’s how I keep her alive in me.
Gravitating a touchy subject to a place of love: I jump back into the thought of reminding everyone not to be judgmental of ourselves and others about any of this stuff that is coming up. And just observe, and move directly in the opposite direction of negativity and fear. With patience and compassion, you can now make decisions not out of reaction, but out of a proper response. You have time to consider the bigger picture, so that a graceful form of action is taken.
This is where we carve out our safe space. Our safe place, if you will. Our place where we are seated at the head of the table—the most authentic self we’ve ever become. Moving from a place of grace and love and compassion, we are now in control of our lives for the first time. It’s like setting up a desk when you’re younger, as if you’re going to work as an adult. You have your pens, your paper, your laptop, your information, and your presence. But with this newfound you that you’ve become, you have never sat down and been in the big leather chair where you’re the CEO of your life. You are the one who makes all the decisions, and you are the one who moves from unconditional love, and you have taken the time to refine yourself. You have a brand-new, wonderful place to call the headquarters of the new you. This is your rebirth.
A brand-new you—sparkly, shiny, and exciting. But this time you’re not going to move into a life of half-empties. This time you are filled with life.
Live in the now. Take deep breaths and be excited. Smile big. Live happy!
When you’re on the phone talking to people who are selling you something, they go as far as to actually be happy and smiling when they’re talking, because it’s contagious and they know it—even over the phone. But they still coach their salespeople to fake their happiness to sell you stuff.
Nothing is hard anymore. You can get through everything in life. There are no more sticky situations. Nothing scares you. You become the real you—better than any drug or outside stimulus could ever compare to.
If you think back to a situation not far back in time—the last time someone upset you—you can think that they were right or wrong. You can think that they reacted right or wrong. It’s safe to say that everyone was reacting out of aggressive emotions driven by their ego’s defense mechanism. With your newfound wisdom, you could easily imagine the situation going completely differently, now that you have the tools to get yourself through any type of conflict like this. You know to pause and breathe. Understand that the other person is going through the same thing as you. Jump back into the now. Ground yourself in trust and love. Remember, the other person’s ego is bruised and responding with a huge reaction. Instead of coming with unconditional love and compassion, they come with their ego on steroids. The whole thing goes south, and you waste years of your lives not talking to each other—something useless.
You can use these points in time as references for how you could have done things differently. You want to see what bothers your ego and what sets you off. You’re going to want to make sure that you are in control of it and know those triggers. You want to be very compassionate about your own and others’ triggers. The triggers set off an autopilot emotional set of old tools that worked. A conversation about something you’re having now triggers a fight to continue over a lost war from some other battle. Endless problems that never set us back into the seat of reliability and responsibility. No more lackadaisical, whimsical thoughts. Daydreaming is fine—that’s positive reinforcement of love. We want to get rid of the effortless changing of channels of our thoughts. Especially when a person is tuning into negative thoughts constantly, they will have an endless negative-talk battle in their head that turns into repetitive thought patterns. The repetitiveness is what makes it conditioning thoughts.
So when you start to have the thoughts of going back to negative or fear, you’re going to immediately observe the thoughts—not past judgment—and correct the course of the thought pattern. Go immediately to positive. You could even laugh and giggle at it. But you’re going to immediately enter back into your state of mind of the present moment of now. Your present moment of love. Find your inner love. Rewire the way that your brain receives and gives love to yourself and others. Our wiring has become faulty, and the conduits need to be replaced.
When you desire a positive outcome, you move from a place of positive intention, which will align the way you respond to reactive behavior—with attention to your values, as well as the correct way to respond.
Conscious action, with ourselves and others. Being present in the now of all of our emotions means that we take accountability of our conscience and our actions, and are conscious in our actions together. Learning to respond to ourselves with compassion and kindness and sweetness that is loving and tender—something we’ve been missing out on for a long time. Our old wiring is constantly setting us up for failure, constantly comparing ourselves to everyone and everything else, while leaving us bare, raw, and alone in an unfriendly environment.
But our new wiring leaves us with the conscious action that we take to make every moment unconditional love, constructively.
When we consciously affect our own and other people’s actions consciously, we create a ripple effect of conscious, transformative actions.
This is where the “Take Care of You” practice truly begins.
When you learn to work with your triggers—not for your triggers—you will create your inner peace, and you will do everything to keep it safe. You will easily see patterns in behavior and in conflict, and you will begin to see resolutions and navigate through conflict through the use of being present in now and taking responsibility for yourself and your thoughts.
You learn to trust yourself, and yourself with others, on a whole new level. Those emotions that are not physical or tangible get stronger and stronger—feelings that you can feel running through your being of unconditional happiness and love.
Be constantly mindful of the presence of now, and nothing getting in the way of your happiness and unconditional love. If you come into a moment of a setback, or some sort of speed bump in the road—unhappiness or unpleasant news—you’re going to react from a place of love for yourself and others, and react from a place of intelligence and compassion. And know that there’s a reason you’re going through these experiences right now. Maybe new growth is needed. Maybe a new thought process or pattern can be exercised.
Moving from a place of abundance and gratitude is empowering, especially coming from a place of scarcity and ungratefulness. Instead of people thinking about what they don’t have, they’ll be grateful for what they have in front of them.
Daily gratitude builds resilience, empathy, and strength.
Make sure to have a list of all the things you’re grateful for, and on a daily basis take all those things into accountability and be thankful with the Creator that you have those things. Make sure you use those things that you have—otherwise you will lose the things that you have.
The greatest thing you can ever do is pay attention. When you pay attention to other people’s hopeless opinions and half-lived, lost lives, you become distracted and a living-dead zombie. You don’t have to have scars, or foam at the mouth, or lift your arms up to be a zombie. Zombies look totally normal and come in all different shapes and sizes. Zombies are the people who steal our energy and dreams. Negative thoughts are ghosts and goblins out for blood as well.
Forget all the negative and focus on the positive. Stop wanting everyone else to approve of you. You don’t need their approval; you need your own. The largest potential for growth is held when you focus on yourself. Focus all of your attention on yourself and your needs, and force yourself to hold yourself up and unconditionally love yourself. That doesn’t mean love the dumb things. That means become smarter where you lack. And become aware that you lack in those areas—either by fixing those areas and learning more, or by realizing that you’re not very good at those things and steering your life away from them.
The more you focus on yourself, the more transformations your life will command. The busyness of other people will not concern you anymore; you will spend all of your time trying to figure out who you are. The more self-aware you become, the more curious you get about your path, your inner journey.
Spreading yourself too thin and saying yes to everything is distracting you from being the best you. Loss of focus is a loss of control, and the loss of power in your journey. The more you spend in distraction, the less you spend on you.
Dwelling on the past or negativity is the biggest distraction from our focus. Distractions in the form of conversations outside of the head are much easier to tune out or turn off, because of the outside nature of them. When the distractions are in the form of conversation inside the head, this now falls on yourself to fix—or to even know it’s broken to begin with. That’s why the inner talk is more important than the outer talk sometimes. That inner chatter can be very loud for certain people, and if they don’t know how to tune it out or turn it off, they’re going to have a very hard life, and so unnecessarily.
Pluck out your distractions like you pluck weeds in your garden. Pluck your distractions like you pluck your eyebrows—leaving only a clear path to a healthy, positive, distraction-less life. When you start to examine, you will see that distractions can be comforting and easy to sit in. Then you realize when you’re having those distractions and why you’re having them. Then you pick up on the bigger picture of what’s really happening. You’ll find that some old belief system was keeping you held back—or you’ll just see the clearer picture on how to live a much easier, healthier, productive life.
The more you aren’t distracted by the old distractions, the more intent you place on what you’re doing. You’re building up stamina to focus properly toward the desired goals, beliefs, or emotions. You’re literally manifesting in action.
People are constantly trying to manipulate their external worlds to give them inner happiness. Which literally will never work. They can go buy new cars, new hats, new houses, get a new boyfriend or girlfriend, go to the new grocery store, get a new job, and get a different dog. But they would still be miserable and find nothing comforting about what they did. Had they worked on the inside of themselves—their inner peace and their inner path—they wouldn’t need to have bought a single thing for themselves, or switched anything that wasn’t serving them. The desired outcome would probably have been a small, insignificant amount of inner growth that was needed—and all the things that were bought new were completely unnecessary. You cannot buy inner peace. It is not possible. You must strive to learn how to love yourself and love everyone in the world around you.
You can’t buy love, you can’t buy peace, and you can’t buy happiness. But you can fully define what love, peace, and happiness mean to you! That way you will never fall short of your own dose of inner love, peace, and happiness. Remember that defining what you love helps you remember what to focus on, and why you love it. That way the path is fun, and you find peace in it immediately. Focus on the happy, positive portion, leaving the negative flow of energy behind.
The path is always about your inner focus of happiness, peace, and love. It is going to be interesting for me to research at least three people who are in the category of being on the path of inner focus to happiness, peace, and love. I will see what, if anything, is alike in their paths. I will try to get into their space and see how they focus their inner paths to reach their goals. I will try to find out if they have fears.
Commit to your inner path, and your growth production will be limitless. The more time you spend on your inner growth and inner path, the faster you will manifest things into your life. Your commitment to your inner growth is saying that you are present and you are connected to the life of creativity and creating a life you desire. You’re making a bond between yourself and God—that you will be present and mindful in everything you do, and make your reaction and response to everything that comes into your path beautiful and full of grace. Every moment is a reminder that I made a commitment to myself and my life to be greater and focus harder on the bigger picture. Every day is better than the last.
Finding what makes us comfortable in distractions, or breaking old habits, so inner peace can shine, is the new way of life. Personal growth has setbacks and is not going to be fixed overnight. Life is for the long haul, so it is a lifelong learning process.
The greatest relationship I’ve ever had in my life is now with myself! I can literally have no reference points of my reality without me fully loving and knowing myself, flaws and all. I take time with myself. I care for myself—and I mean in the physical and in my thoughts. I constantly tell myself I love myself, in my head and out loud. I have patience with myself. I have control over my thoughts and my behavior now. When I first started to do this, I still didn’t have control over my thoughts when it came to driving in a car. I would still be like, “Oh my gosh, that driver just cut me off real bad.” And I would immediately fix the thought and be like, “Whoa, that was crazy—I just totally reacted and spoke those words out real loud like that.” I had no conscious decision, no conscious action, making me do the right thing or stopping me from doing the wrong thing! But I was at the beginning of my journey, and I was able to reflect off of it and use it as a big cornerstone to levitate to some other place. I knew that I was in full control most of the time, but those moments were when people really rushed in on my reality and I was completely out of control of everything—which is like every second in life. But at that minute I could not control myself, and I reacted in unconscious behavior in the form of yelling and using harsh words. I use this as an example to show you that I was still in need of my mental-emotional conditioning being turned off when it came to “go time.” I was able to use that as a place of reference to build a stronger foundation of my presence, of now, in my whole world, inner and outer, as they are reflections and mirrors of each other. I’ve never felt more close to God in my life than during this time lately. Which is very exciting, because I know that just builds and gets stronger and stronger, and I already have a real, strong bond with God. So for me this was huge, because I was able to get a big, huge, constant, fluttery feeling of unconditional love from God—that God was with me at all times. And it is still constant at all times, and it’s a great feeling. When you take control of your reality, you literally finally become your co-creator with God. No more sitting back and letting random stuff maybe happen, and sitting in other people’s happinesses and unhappinesses too. The more you say yes to people and spread yourself thin and go into their world of unhappiness and weird stuff, you’re unlocking all of that into your life now. Because you are co-creating that now-moment with that person and God. So I suggest you choose your friends wisely and choose your time with them wiser. You will find that cultivating your relationships to be unbreakable bonds, that they are supposed to be, and are fully supported by God and our presence here on the planet. You will take the time to care about whether you’re hurting people’s feelings, or if people are hurting your feelings, and whether you’re willing to sacrifice your happiness to endure that pain and unnecessary pain. You do not have to be around people who are bad, or people who are rude, ever again! No more “yes ma’am, yes sir.” Only to yourself do you say yes.
It’s your time to build your house. The foundation has been poured, and the frame of the house has been built. Now they’re putting in all the walls and drywall. So your unshakable foundation and strong frame in your home is untouched by negativity from bad people and unwanted situations. All of that is gone forever, and protected by our Creator. Unconditional love builds this house—strong to last forever and withstand time and unpleasant weather. Weathering the storm!
Another relationship that is very crucial for me to mention would be a new relationship I’m in. I have had the unfortunate position of being with the wrong men, and I say that lightly. But I was never whole myself, so I was always looking for someone else to fulfill my emptiness. I didn’t know that, though; then, I thought I could fulfill things with a false reality or a false pretense of reality. But knowing how much I love myself, and knowing that I will never allow anyone to put their hands on me again—or that I was never going to be in a relationship where I was scared, or abused, or manipulated, or hypnotized, or anything, because I’ve been through hell and back—so I would love to say that it feels very beautiful to know that I have such a beautiful relationship at hand. Focusing on unconditional love, instead of the things that traumatized me, are the things that will save everyone’s lives inside their brain.
Before I decided to be in another relationship, I had to be fully content with myself, and I knew that—which I am, and was. I was able to transform myself into a position of unconditional love and better my learning growth by allowing love into my life. Even if it’s a very small form of love, but in a huge way. Baby steps, I would say. But I knew for a fact that it would have to be a complete gentleman who would catch my attention—or, even more importantly, my focus. I don’t have to be something else, or worry about things I used to be haunted by. It’s a very freeing position to be in, and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I’m extremely excited to, for the first time in my life, operate fully out of unconditional love, and I am fully responsible for the people that are in my life and the time that they spend in my head. I realize that that isn’t even time that I can rent out or sell—it’s all free real estate. And if it started to repeat itself with negativity and self-doubt, which it always would, it would continuously creep up and suffocate me inside, and then, of course, outside.
Just as I am an expression of God, you are an expression of God. Just as everything is an expression of God. Just as we are one with the ocean, and the ocean is one with the planet, the planet is one with the solar system, and we are one with God. No matter what race you are, or where, we’re all the same on the inside—we’re all made of the same stuff.
Manifesting is the expression of your inner thoughts. So everyone has been in an argument with themselves, in their head, where you’re like, “Oh my gosh, I would have snapped at that person.” On your lowest frequency. On your highest frequency, you would never even have been in that situation. That argument with yourself—but really with someone else, in your head—was the expression of your inner thoughts manifesting in your head. So you can try to express what really was taking place, or should have. Audio and conceptual manifesting. You manifest what you’re going to say constantly. So you now need to move into your unconditional love and consciously positive love positions, and manifest from those positions. From abundance, not lack.
All your synchronicities are absolute signs of your creativity actually in motion, creating. A positive reminder that you are on the right track and you are literally creating what you’re supposed to be manifesting, and on the right track. You cannot perceive anything that you are not in vibratory residence of. It’s like how you never heard of something before, but then when you learn it, you see the word, hear the word, and it’s constantly in your world. It’s sort of the same thing—like you didn’t even know the word existed, you were not in the vibratory frequency of knowing what that word was. Unconsciously on autopilot. More of reality is hidden by ourselves, or ignorance of knowing anything, than any one thing or person out there in the world hiding it from you.
In order for you to properly manifest, you need to know that your mind and your emotions create your frequency, which creates your reality. So your mental thoughts—in your mind’s attitude or attention—and emotions, combined, equal the frequency of you. That is your uniqueness, and your reality is completely, individually unique.
Insecurity, and not believing in yourself, is a big, huge part of why people don’t put their all into it. And when you’re doing this type of inner work, you absolutely have to have no insecurities and fully believe in yourself for any of this to work.
You’re doing affirmations, visualizations, storyboards, scripting, vision boards, or tarot cards! It’s you!
If you do not realize your worth and set your value, someone else will set it for you. The shiniest objects in the world are not as wonderful or satisfying as how shiny an object you are. The most shiny objective in the universe is you. Believe in what you’re doing—that it’s right, and that it will work.
Externally, your power leaves you vulnerable and open to scams. But internalizing your power is your real beliefs, and where your real power exists. Fall in love with your ability to make this happen, and believe in yourself.
Self-knowledge! Growth in belief is true growth and power.
Work unconsciously altering your thoughts to train your thoughts.
Analyze your beliefs and make sure that they are in alignment with your desired reality.
Make sure that nothing that doesn’t reflect your desired reality gets your attention.
Please remember to be kind to yourself and come from unconditional love. You can’t control that first thought, but this second thought you definitely can control, and every thought after that. Be on point—really, it will do this work. Try. Try hard. Stick to one thing you’re getting good at, and get really good at it, and then move on to another part of it. And then you’ll put it all together. But never stop trying, and never stop believing in yourself.
And the same way that you turn on your light switch and you know that the light is going to turn on—you know that this is going to work for you. You’re not going, “Is it turned on? Will the light go on, or what?” You know the switch is up. You know that you are working hard at manifesting an unconditional-love reality. You can re-enter your thoughts, or reboot your thoughts, and correct behavior to gain a positive outcome.
Normal. What is normal? Define normal! Do you find it normal that you fight with people? Do you find it normal that life’s fair? Whatever you find normal will find you in reality. When you downgrade your frequency from normal, you can realize that you can’t imagine anything but your normal reality, and how wonderful it is and appreciated you are for it. And the flip side is that reality is wasted when you do not appreciate it.
The people who have the most, need it the least.
The people who need the most, have the least.
See my desired reality as normal.
I have everything that I need, and everyone that I love has everything that they need. I live a happy existence with everything that myself and everyone I love needs and wants. I come from abundance, and I am wealth for my loved ones.
It’s instant.
If you want to be understood by people not on your frequency, then you have to stand underneath them—or lower your frequency so they can even see you.
Consciousness and information is the substance of the mind, and is contagiously infectious.
Every person can alter your frequency.
People equal frequencies equal levels of consciousness.
What my ex did was he infiltrated my frequency—he introduced me to his frequency, making it possible for me to only see his frequency. So everything that he went through, I was going through. When, in reality, they were not my struggles or burdens.
University equals your school equals your people equals your class equals your frequency.
Wanting and waiting to be understood by people not on your frequency will ruin your life.
The more people you talk to about it, the more people potentially project their negative thoughts, emotions, frequencies, or outcomes onto your desired reality.
You are Jesus! You are the devil. You are each character.
Logic is the devil. Jesus is spiritual.
Descending consciousness is falling angels.
Ascending consciousness is true identity above illusion, becoming one with the Creator.
The devil is a false reality of a descending illusion of separateness from God.
Separating means suffering.
Mind-sight and eyesight are separate.
Maintain your frequency. It is the highest form of maintaining and materializing your desired destiny.
Emotion is the majority of your frequency.
Take the knowledge above and adjust it to your own circumstances—and your own conclusion.
Not doing much crying lately. Inner state of peace.
At some point you must realize you know enough. It’s time to start to master what you’ve already learned. It’s time for you to believe in yourself and show yourself that. Believe in yourself to the most exponential amount you could ever believe in yourself. And then believe more. Believe in yourself so much that it’s normal and not shocking. Then you’ll realize that you can really master who you are and who you’re supposed to be, and how to get there, and how to live life. Never again will you live on the path of a bored, unfulfilled life ever again.
A “know-it-all” is a person who shows up with a full notebook, filled completely cover to cover with no blank pages to write new notes in, and no pen to write with, on the first day of classes or the first day on the job.
An idea: What if we did a project where a subject is filmed walking around in, like, a positive relationship, with positive things happening—sort of like a story-board vision board come to life, into a few minutes, or a short story film, almost like an advertisement for the person’s storyboard or envision board, in order to really envision it? Fully equipped with sound, visuals, the actual person, and the behavior and material part brought to the physical. In order for them to replay over and over, so that they see their storyboard actually come to life. They become the actor in the commercial video content, so that they can actually manifest themselves with those wonderful things. Taking it a step further in instant manifestation.
I want people to think about how people looked at those who learned about new health information for the first time—the way we once looked, before we understood it.
