Krissy Hall writes from lived experience. She learned all of this the long, hard way, and she wrote it down so you wouldn’t have to.

A mother and a believer in second chances, she writes toward calm minds, cared-for bodies, and people who know their own worth. Her work is dedicated to her children; to her mother, her brother, and her pop; and to her best friend and sister, Remy, now in heaven.

She believes the same thing on every page she writes: you were made on purpose, with purpose. Take care of you. Be the change. Change the world.
